Helps me stay motivated
I’m training for a triathlon right now. The physical training is easiest for me once I get going. The hardest part is getting and staying motivated. I have this inner dialogue telling me to sleep in or skip training days because I’m too tired.
I bought a Presence device and put it on my nightstand. Now when I wake up, I check my Presence and it inspires me to workout.
I keep my affirmations with me while I’m on the treadmill, on the bike and in the pool. My inner critic changed to my inner cheerleader.
With Presence I’m on track with my training and I feel mentally and physically better.
I recommend this product to anyone who needs motivation to achieve their goals.
