ROLES & PERMISSIONS Not everyone on the team needs the same keys. Owners can now make someone a Manager with full day-to-day control, or hand a trusted employee exactly the permissions they need: create menu items, approve submissions, edit or archive PreShift items, manage the team, and more. Set it once under Team Members > Roles & Permissions. Billing and deleting the restaurant stay with the owner. ONE SWITCH FOR EVERY RESTAURANT On more than one team? Pick your active restaurant once in Settings and Menu, PreShift, and Chat all follow. No more switching tab by tab. PRESHIFT BUILDER • Edit published PreShift items right from the list. Fix a count, update a special, change a table assignment, and the team sees it. • Drafts survive interruptions. Get pulled away mid-build and your items are still there when you come back. • Previously Added now shows full details for every item type before you publish. • Photos you add while creating a menu item and PreShift item together now land on both. MENU • A redesigned item detail with clearer allergen, dietary, and ingredient chips. • Redesigned filter chips and richer item cards. • Staff can always open an item, even one that was just edited or pulled from the live menu. TEAM CHAT • Scroll back through your full history. Pull down to load older messages. NEW PLANS: CORE, PRO, AND PRO MAX Plans are now sized to your team, monthly or annual, and staff accounts are still free. See exactly how many seats you're using while you invite, and a new Subscription Help screen puts Apple refund requests and support one tap away. A FRESH LOOK The whole app has been rebuilt on a new glass design with PreShifter teal running through it: a new welcome tour, redesigned Settings and Team screens, richer menu and PreShift cards, snappier buttons, and a loading screen that respects dark mode.
