You only way to get nutritional minerals

I have problems medical problems with digesting fiber I cannot do fiber so for a long time I was going without so much I used to be a vegetarian however long story short two years after my diagnosis and a couple of surgeries I discovered PressedJuicery literally changed my life thank goodness I don't know how you do it for the price And what was amazing to me is that you do not add water

Beware of delivery order changes with no notice

I have used both delivery and order ahead for pickup options in the app. I once had 6 juices replaced with a new pre workout protein shake. I had ordered another 6 misc juices that were all citrus forward light juices. Needless to say, the protein shakes went into the trash. I attempted a sip and it was awful and nothing I would have ever ordered. No one called to ask for the change on the order and I was charged for something I did not want. I have also had a pick up order where the location called me because 1 of the juices wasn’t in stock and said I needed to provide a substitute or they would cancel my order. I am not sure if that was something new or if they just call the Uber driver when it is a delivery? I had a previous delivery shorted and they gave my a card with a $10 credit. It’s all inconsistent. The app needs to provide an option for a substitute item or they need to call the customer directly for their order before they throw something else in the bag that is not wanted by the customer. Or simply short the item and credit the account. I am hesitant to place online delivery orders now for this reason as that is not acceptable.

Don’t understand “nationwide shipping”

The app seems easy enough to use, with some little tweaks that could be made here and there. overall the app is efficient enough. I’ve just placed my first order and I have yet to try the juices, so my star rating may be a bit biased/just based on a small issue that I don’t seem to understand.

I live in the Bronx, in New York City, and the nearest Juicery to me is give or take 8-10 miles away from me. I joined the VIP since it seemed the most beneficial to what i wanted to use the app for, and opted for the local delivery option since I figured 10 miles is not that far…right? But they rejected that and made me pay 15 whole dollars for “nationwide shipping“. Not only that, estimated delivery was an entire week later. ...I’m 10 miles away! I figured since we’re literally in the same city delivery would be a breeze, i’m too busy to go to a juicery every time i’m hungry (since i am trying the juice cleanse/fast). I get it if it’s a farm-to-table delivery, i just don’t understand how it works. I don’t think i’ll continue using it since i have to pay so much for something I could ubereats for less, and get in way less time.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. The reason local delivery is not an option is our stores are located in the boroughs of Manhattan and Brooklyn and we use Postmates and Doordash drivers when you place a local delivery order. Even though milage wise it is close New York is different with these delivery methods and these providers do not deliver outside a borough. We are aware of this issue and this year are working on extending our radius through other methods in order to offer same day delivery to all of greater NYC and the Jersey Waterfront.
