App seems pointless without that access.
Time consuming, can’t reorder, very dumb AI support.
Spent about hour going thru total store items to pick create an order. The order and pickup went perfect. Now I want to use previous order as a start for next order. Should be simple but of course not. Less stressful to just go in to store next time in David (30 min) and get the usual stuff $250 item monthly list. Could and should be very simple to program old to new spreadsheets for reordering. Programmer #101.
****latest update...now if you look at detail of previous ordered item your app is locked up. I guess the public is the initial testing group. Good thing they are not a restaurant.
Cannot buy products through app
There is not much use for an app that just scans your membership card and shows you when you’ve ordered from the website. Particularly during the covid-19 restrictions, this app needs to allow customers to order items for pick up or delivery.
