PridePay ensures secure, PIN-based transactions to your checking account. Our pay at the pump technology uses GPS to determine your location, simply enter your pump number and PIN protected ID. All you need to do is log in with your secure PIN ID and select your pump number. We use the same secure PIN ID to allow you to pay for in-store purchases. At the end of all transactions, a receipt is automatically emailed to you.

App good, setup a nightmare!
Overall the reward program and saving $0.10/gal on gas is great, but there are major flaws with initial account setup and basic app functionality. For example, once you’re signed in, that’s it, no going back (even if you uninstall and reinstall app), so if you have issues and want to logout, you can’t, there’s no way to logout on the app. Also if you have a SmartPay account from Cumberland Farms, you will run into issues if you use the same bank account information because they use the same payment vendor. We had to call customer service and it was a big headache to finally get everything setup and ready to use. This is not a “easy setup in just a few minutes” type of experience.
Would give zero stars if I could
This is the worst app to set up especially if you get a new phone and share with family. Keeps popping up that account isn’t found. Try to hit “contact us” and it opens a blank page that never loads. Been being told for years this would get resolved and it only gets worse. I will go to Cumby’s, Costco and BJ’s instead because this just isn’t worth it anymore when I can’t even contact them without having to do a google search 🤦🏻♀️
Works good but if the app closes while your are still filling the tank it doesn’t want to link up again and finish the transaction properly. Therefore you can’t get a receipt. It’s a little bit of a headache keeping the phone in your hand and keeping the app open. Originally it didn’t do this.
