The Princess Cruises app is your vacation guide and key to planning and unlocking experiences onboard.

Before you arrive, use this app to:

- Make dining reservations at our main dining rooms and specialty restaurants
- Ensure you're getting the most out of your vacation by purchasing a Princess Plus® or Princess Premier® Package
- Book shore excursions for each port day of your cruise
- Learn about onboard activities, events, and view detailed deck plans
- Book a treatment or salon service at the Lotus Spa

Once onboard, connect to our ship's MedallionNet wifi so you can:
- Order food, beverages, amenities and more - anytime, anywhere via OceanNow® service (one-time fee applies, complimentary with Plus and Premier Package)
- Complete required Safety Essentials steps before setting sail.

Better late than never

We took a cruise about a month ago. Would have been really nice if the chat feature had been there. Honestly, this app should not have been released without that. That said, the cruise itself was great.

The boarding process was terrific. Alas, other aspects were troubling. Dining was a bit of a disaster. For instance, we had reservations for 6 PM at Concerto restaurant but waited 45 minutes in a long line to be seated ( and we were in the reservation line).
Grew tired of waiting in lines. Specialty restaurants good. The worst, however, was our room steward… my wife’s jewelry disappeared and we reported it to security… the next day it reappeared in a place my wife insisted she never put it. Then, he failed two nights in a row to leave us breakfast room service cards. Then my wife’s watch disappeared… 😡the room make up was half assed… I had to complain and ask for a different steward. The first night when the jewelry disappeared, we weren’t able to open the safe to store valuables.

Lastly, the staff in general seemed dour and not particularly interested or friendly as opposed to a recent 18 day cruise on the Norwegian Encore. Everyone there was smiling and super friendly. Not so the Princess Regal.
The ship itself was nice and the fitness center was open 24 hours, which I liked.

Just disappointed in Princess. I had taken five previous Princess cruises and always enjoyed the experience. Something obviously has changed and not for the better.

Update doesn’t work either

So I tried reloading after people said a new version was out. Again I can’t login. I tried the forgot password link which had me login again. This time it took me to the website on iPhone. I board this coming weekend and don’t expect a working version before the cruise is over. The newer the app, the harder it is to transact any business with it.
