My anti-virus software tried to tell me not to go to the website. After I installed the app my anti-virus won’t let it run. Support says they will return an answer to your email within 12 hours. It’s been 20 hours without a response. I hope I can send the ink back for a refund. Total waste of time.

Waste of time and money. Good intentions of “recycled” products end up with my money recycled into someone else’s pocket. These cartridges cannot be reprogrammed as the app claims to be able to do. Move on to something else.
