Address change

I just moved and should be able to update my address yet there system doesn’t recognize my new address, forced to call customer service and let me say their phone menu also doesn’t recognize my phone number or my ID number which they call a contract number.
So between the app and there phone system nearly useless.
Customer service is the slowest I’ve ever experienced I mean even the government Medicare customer service line is is better and quicker if you can believe that.

I am absolutely NOT HAPPY!!!!!! I was sold this plan through the Market Place. And was not even told once that it is a “Virtual Plan”. I never even heard of such a thing! I get my card in the mail and try to set it up on line, on this app, and via phone and am not able to do so!!!!!! So, when on the phone trying to contact a representative through Priority Health, I was the 23rd caller on hold to get through. After and hour and a half on hold, the music and repeat recordings stopped and I thought, awesome, finally going to talk to someone! NOPE! It went right to the recorded survey as though I did talk to someone!!!!!! I haven’t even TALKED TO ANYONE!!!!!! Press 1 if you are satisfied and representative answered all your questions. Press 2 if you are not satisfied. Press 1 if you would recommend Priority Health to others. Press 2 if you would not. ETC.
All I want to do is find out how I am to use this! On the paper that came with the card attached it says to call the customer service #. And that I am required to first set up a virtual appointment from an assigned primary care physician. Does that mean one of your’s or mine????? I will never know because, NOBODY KNOWS!!!!!! And I can’t get through to them and this app does not provide any information regarding any of this!!!!!! I clicked on every option trying to set this app up. And when I hit save, it does NOTHING!!!!

Not ready for prime time…more like nap time.

In other words, this sytem is down more than it is functional. No one likes a complainer…i would much rather praise a well-conceived and well-maintained system, and i have multiple times. So, Where to begin? The web version of my portal was up for a few weeks, then lapsed into “404 Error”, and has remained in a coma for weeks. Now the mobile app has gone to sleep as well. The catch-all error message of “double-check your password” prompted me to change it, which I did - only to find out with a phone call that they are doing system maintenance - it had nothing to do with my password error at all. Would it not make more sense to post this, instead of another wrong error message? So i wait three days and call them, only to be on hold for 25 minutes, with a useless loop of a recording that offers no options. Finally gave up. Be warned if you go this route…Priority Health makes a lousy first impression. I will happily change my rating if they get their act together…we’ll see what the next few weeks bring.
