It's great to have an app that has a mouse halo, zoom, spotlight, and draw capability in one app. Better than cobbling together these features with multiple apps.When it works, its smooth and gets noticed by my audience - just what I want.But like others have noticed, there are some issues. The shortcuts stop working after a time and require a restart of the app. Inconvenient; especially a problem if it happens in the middle of a presentation.

I really love this, when it works. I am likely doing something wrong or have conflicting shortcuts, but my zoom isn't working anymore. My spotlight was working this morning, now it isn't. Yesterday the halo wasn't working and today it is. I changed the settings to do custom shortcuts and now I can't change it back, and I think that is when things went wonky. I can't go to get any support because the website is down. So 5 stars when it works, but 1 star for support and consistency. It is probably something on my end but without any help, I have no idea how to fix it and I can't count on it when I am doing demos.

Pro Mouse is AWESOME and enables me to present ANYTHING on Zoom/WebEx/GMeet Video Conference Calls with better Impact and Professionalism. It's "just enough" to make whatever I'm talking about special and keep people's attention focused on the points I'm trying to make. People ask me "What is that?!?!" and "How do you do that?!?!" - I tell them Pro Mouse Rocks, cause it just does!!! SIMPLE, ELEGANT, EFFICIENT, and it "Just Works" Really Well! I have to restart this app every 20 minutes or so because the keyboard shortcuts stop working. When it is working it's good and just what I want, but for some reason the shortcuts stop responding after a set period of time which—for my uses—makes it unusable. IMO the developers need to update the way shortcuts are assigned and listened to. Have no other issues with other apps that have global shortcuts.Would also like to see the ability to tap " " AND "-" keys when using the zoom feature to zoom in/out more to a point where I can get pixel perfect zoom of an area. Will update/increase rating in the future if these are addressed timely by the developer.

See when your Shortcuts change automatically with Local Notifications. Enable this option under the General Preferences.
You can now set what the 'Clear Drawings' function does. You can choose between clearing all drawings on the screen or just removing the last drawing.
New setting to control Zoom quality.
Improved Zoom performance to reduce CPU usage.
Fixed Zoom issue on multiple displays where offset was incorrect or seeing just white.
