Is it the module or the app? I don’t know but to this new user this product and app deserves NO STARS. After maneuvering through the obtuse directions to connect the two modules I bought to my internet, within 12 hours I get the message that one of the modules has lost connection. When I try to reconnect the one that lost connection I’m told to check the Wi-Fi and power connections. The system was installed yesterday! The other module is apparently working. I’m very disappointed. If you think this device is going to provide you reliable information and mean you don’t have to make as many trips to your crawl space, think again.

This app would be good, but the system loses connection with WiFi after only a few hours and has to be reset. There is full WiFi signal strength at the pump location, and I have many other devices on the network which never lose connectivity. This app is completely useless as a result, and I feel like I got ripped off because I bought the sump pump because of the “smart” features and the email alerts.

I’m following all the steps to (once again) put my device connection into their system, but at the last step when I enter my WiFi network password it refuses to accept my Ok to start connecting to it. The app just freezes at that last point. Have tried 4 times. Wish they would fix and update their app.

There is no information in the module status, and to top that off I receive no notifications from the app. I’ve allowed all notification in settings in app and in my phone settings. So basically the WiFi notification part is worthless
