Most reminders are easy to swipe away. Nag Me! hands the task to the iOS alarm system: it rings through silent mode and returns every five minutes until the task is done.
You didn't forget. You decided to deal with it later, and later never came.
Procrastop is a to-do list built for that moment. Every task gets a due date, the list sorts itself by how close that date is, and you decide, task by task, how hard each one is allowed to push back.
DELIBERATELY SMALL
No projects, no tags, no boards, no calendar sync, no collaboration, no streaks to protect, no AI. Due dates, three timeframes, and reminders that are genuinely hard to ignore. Procrastop does the one job it was built for, then stays out of the way.
TIME DOES THE SORTING
Your list lives in three timeframes: Up-Next, Soon and Later. A task due next month starts in Later, slides into Soon, and arrives in Up-Next as the deadline closes in. You never drag anything, rank anything or file anything. Let one slip and it stays pinned to the top, counting the days it is late.
Clear Mode keeps the whole thing short and focused on what actually needs your attention.
The day ranges are yours as well. Up-Next covers the next 3 days to begin with; stretch it to a week, or narrow it to today only.
YOU CHOOSE THE PRESSURE
Buying milk is not the same as attending an important meeting. Give a task a due time and it gets one of three levels.
- Remind Me! One notification, at the time it is due.
- Annoy Me! A reminder every hour, from the due time until the task is done.
- Nag Me! Not a notification at all. It's an alarm that sounds at its due time even when your iPhone is on silent. Every button on the alarm snoozes it for five minutes before it comes back. Marking the task done is the only way to end it. (Nag Me! only works on iPhones running iOS 26.0 or later).
Two switches turn up the pressure. Bombard Me! makes reminders pile up, while Provoke Me! adds a little attitude to your reminders the longer you put things off. Turn them off, and things calm down.
DESIGNED EFFICIENTLY
- Use Flash Add to quickly add a reminder
- Mark as Done straight from the reminder, without opening the app
- Repeats for any rhythm, from daily to specific weekdays
- Midnight notifications for what is due today and for anything that climbed a timeframe overnight
- Light, dark or system appearance, and a guided tour you can replay any time
YOUR TASKS STAY ON YOUR IPHONE
No account, no sign-in, no server. Procrastop makes no network requests of its own and carries no analytics, no advertising and no third-party trackers. Reminders are scheduled locally by your iPhone, so nothing you write is uploaded anywhere. Your list and your reminders need no connection at all.
BOUGHT ONCE
One purchase, then it is yours. No subscription, no renewals, nothing waiting behind a second payment. Settings offers optional tips for anyone who would like to support the work; they unlock nothing, and the app behaves identically whether you ever send one or not.
iPhone, iOS 16.4 or later. Nag Me! is built on the alarm system Apple introduced in iOS 26, so it is offered only on iPhones running iOS 26 or later.
