Very personable and motivated staff

I had a small issue with the app loading and tracking properly. I reported the issue and within only a couple hours, I had a response in my email and my app was fixed. Not only did they fix the app incredibly fast, they also reached out personally and apologized, shared some of their story, and sent me a free t shirt. Very cool staff who is committed to growing their community.

Not to mention the app is not only hilarious, but it’s very helpful for us dads. They give great tips on how to help mom during the pregnancy. They even have links and articles that change with the time of the year. For example, a link popped up in February that had Valentine’s Day pregnancy gift ideas and other helpful references.

I’m excited to see this app grow, I’m hoping they integrate some kind of social aspect to interact with other dads and maybe add a post birth aspect. Great app, thanks everyone!

It works now!

Edit to original: app works fine now, as the developer response points out. So far, the information on the app seems to hit the nail on the head. Concise information that is relevant to my needs based on how far along in the pregnancy we are.

Original review:
Spent the first day or so not being able to launch the app because it kept telling me to update, even though it was already updated. Now, it lets me signup but on submission of the signup form I get an “ERROR: <!DOCTYPE html>” message that prevents me from moving further.

Developer Response ,

Yup, no excuse, we goofed the timing on a server update. Totally understand your frustration - that would drive us mad too. If you stick with us, you'll find we're committed to helping dads navigate this pregnancy process and all the hurdles along the way. Apologies for adding another hurdle that morning.

Quality content

These guys understand the desire for information without a 500 page book with 50 page chapters on every topic from car seats to postpartum depression. Information is simple to gather straight to the point and easy to read. Excited to use a tool this written from a the dads perspective without out all the filler. Straight facts!
