Why we built profilecode

profilecode exists to make these situations a little easier and a little more scientific. It turns personality tendencies, values, and communication styles into data, then explains those differences in natural text. The goal is to turn “people problems” into starting points for honest conversation.
What you can do
1. Understand yourself
Answer simple questions to get scores on eight traits such as activity, planning, emotionality, agreeableness, flexibility, sociability, assertiveness, and creativity. See your shape with radar charts and get written reports focused on themes like work, growth, and relationships.
2. One-to-one compatibility
Run compatibility checks with a partner, match, friend, family member, or coworker by sending a single link. Score your compatibility across dimensions such as creativity, decision-making, stress, emotions, values, romance, and teamwork. See where you align, where you misalign, and how to adjust communication and expectations.
3. Group analysis
Create groups for teams, classes, clubs, or families. Analyze them across dimensions such as communication, leadership, collaboration, problem solving, and group culture. Use the results for team building, pair selection, and designing group work.
