Start with a short onboarding survey so Project CAP can understand your goals, current fitness level, and workout experience. Then follow a focused daily plan without being overwhelmed by a large workout library.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Project CAP offers monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscription pricing is shown in the app using your App Store region. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Restore Purchases is available from the Billing screen.
