Release Notes This release focuses on stabilizing project workflows, tightening dashboard behavior, and including CloudKit-backed data sync support. Project Management Improvements • Project health logic is now more consistent: • Paused and Waiting projects show as Stalled • health is no longer incorrectly driven by recent edits alone • Project creation flow is cleaner: • no status/state controls shown during initial project creation • Project status can now be changed directly from the Projects list via long press. • Fixed an issue where adding a second project could fail to reopen the add sheet. Tasks, Milestones, Issues, Stakeholders, Updates • Removed “complete/archive state” controls from add flows so those states are only managed after creation. • Tasks now have: • archived view for completed/cancelled items • long-press Complete • long-press status controls • Milestones now have: • archived view for completed milestones • long-press Complete • Issues now have: • archived view for closed issues • long-press Complete • Stakeholder handling was simplified to remove shared-contact reuse behavior that could cause duplication/confusing edits. • Completed project children no longer appear on the dashboard. Dashboard and Filtering • Dashboard now excludes Tasks, Milestones, Issues, and Updates belonging to completed projects. • Active-project logic is aligned with the current status model. • Archive buttons are hidden when there is nothing archived. CloudKit • App is configured for CloudKit sync using the app’s private iCloud database. • This enables synced project data across signed-in devices using the same iCloud account.
