Honestly great tool everything in one there are a few bugs for example when I go to change my favorite game in the settings it doesn’t change it stays as scarlet. But otherwise it’s a great tool that I plan on using whenever I play a game.

Probably the best Pokédex app, still has room for improvement

There was an app I used to use on my iPod that stopped being updated and this reminds me of it in a lot of positive ways but sometimes it feels a bit unintuitive. Also ads are a bummer, I get adding them but seeing pro as an optional thing to support you more so was way cooler imo even tho again. U deserve to be payed for ur time and I don’t want it to come off as you don’t. My only other problem is it never saves me wanting to have all games as my default search option and will always default to scarlet for me which is a bummer, search also seems weird, if I want all the water types I can’t just…. Do that? It’s cool in theory when I know primary and secondary typing but if I clicked water primary it only showed me like maybe 30? Anyways, this app is legit great in a lotta ways as well, especially just having every game in one place is just so massive. Like seriously, learndexes and whatnot, a godsent. Only other thing I’d like is Pokémon go stuff but god, I don’t wanna know how much extra work that would take. Best Pokédex app for sure I will likely be getting pro at some point soon

Buggy and text heavy

I was excited when I first downloaded this in January. The more I use it, the more problems I come across.
1. So much text! Every pokedex entry has a biology and it feels like a wall of text. I think it would fit better after the sprites.
2. Shiny hunting. This is where most of my grief is. If you click too much, there’s not a way to reduce the counter. (It also looks like you get the option to type a number value, but that won’t save. Probably best to remove that feature.) there’s also a spot to type in notes, BUT IT DOESN’T ALWAYS SAVE! I came back the next day and all the notes from my last couple of days disappeared.
3. The app doesn’t remember where I left off. If I pull up the dex for sword and then close the app, it’ll always reset to the dex for scarlet. (Same thing with shiny hunting.)

The app has a lot to offer and the developer is open to feedback. It’s got a lot to offer, but there’s still plenty to work on.

Developer Response ,

Hi Ozzy! Thanks for you review, in the latest update we have fixed the shiny hunting bug and added a new feature called "favorite game" configurable in the settings option in the app which allows you to select your favorite game that the app will always remember even if you close it.
