To win a warranty claim you have to prove four things: when you bought it, how much you paid, who sold it and which exact unit it is. Every item you add gets a wax seal split into four quarters, one for each of those facts. A date or price you type in counts only as stated. Attach a till slip, an order email, a card statement line, a guarantee card, a delivery note or a photo of the serial plate, and the quarters that document covers turn solid, so a weak seal shows straight away what is still missing. The Horizon puts every guarantee, extended cover and return window in order of how soon it ends, and a slider decides how many days ahead the warning begins. When something breaks, open a dispute and move it from Reported to Contacted, Awaiting and Escalated until it is Settled or Refused, with reply-by dates, an evidence checklist and a race that shows whether the guarantee will lapse before the seller has to answer. The Letter Composer fills in a complaint letter from your own records. Paste the small print into the Terms Lens and it lights up durations, exclusions and your own duties. Paste an order email into the Paste Parser and the date, amount, shop and order number come out ready for a new entry. A weekly sweep asks you to tick what is still in your hands. Totals of the value under cover are kept per currency, and a short story about a young archivist and a casket of seals opens one chapter at a time as you go. No account, no ads, no network, and everything stays on your iPhone.
