ProofPilot saves Amazon and eBay orders in one step, then turns delivery, return, and refund problems into a clear evidence pack with facts, files, and next steps.
ProofPilot helps you organize purchase records and prepare clear after-sales evidence when an online order goes wrong. One-step archive: Import an Amazon or eBay order screenshot, image, or PDF. On-device OCR extracts the platform, product, seller, order number, amount, and purchase date. Confirm the fields, save the record, and set relevant reminders. Guided after-sales flow: Use structured choices instead of writing long explanations. Record damaged or faulty items, warranty or repair refusals, return or refund problems, unfulfilled promises, items not received, and items that do not match the listing. Event templates turn dates, outcomes, and reference numbers into a clear timeline. Evidence pack: Generate a concise message ready to copy to the seller or platform, a factual statement with the requested resolution, a verified chronology, a fact-to-attachment evidence map, a material checklist, a missing-evidence audit, recommended next actions with official source links, and follow-up fields. Evidence packs can be copied, shared, or exported as PDF. Unsupported statements are separated from verified facts, and missing materials are clearly identified. Platform rules may change, so confirm the latest terms on the order page and official policy pages. Reminders: Manage warranty, return, refund, and follow-up dates. Dates remain visible in the app even when system notifications are not enabled. Privacy first: OCR, purchase records, reminders, and evidence-pack generation are processed on the device. No account is required. This version does not use remote AI, advertising SDKs, or third-party analytics SDKs. Materials leave the device only when you choose to share them. Languages: English is the default. Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese are available in Settings. ProofPilot organizes records and assists with drafting. It does not provide legal advice, assess legal validity, guarantee refunds, or submit claims automatically. Some features require in-app purchases. The free capacity is 5 vouchers. A consumable purchase adds one local voucher slot, and Pro Lifetime unlocks unlimited voucher capacity. Actual prices are shown by the App Store.
