My new favorite app

For someone who has multiple mental illnesses that makes every day tasks difficult some days, this has been a big help. I’m instilling better healthy habits & I really appreciate all the different affirmations, mediation videos, etc. it has been a change for the positive & I recommend this app to anyone who wants a lil more balance within their day & want to create more positive habits.

Literally everything is perfect! I love the way I earn as I go on streaks! I love the reminders! And I love how customizable and flexible the app is!! One thing I absolutely dislike though, is the community tab. I’m just too judgey of a person and only like two people use it. I wish it weren’t there but it’s whatever. I’m just saying that because I’ve had a rough day and the last thing people should hear, are my judgements on a bad day. Of course, I wrote all about it in the app so, there!!

I appreciate the notifications to check in. It keeps me noticing and reminds me to work on my self care moments when I forget. Also, I noticed the section offering information for getting help. I saw House of Ruth listed. Having experienced seeing their support of my very close sister and her babies, I was thrilled.
