Protiv’s platform manages incentive compensation for hourly workers, linking project budgets to actual time used, letting team members see project goals and showing the bonus opportunity they can earn by beating budgets. Protiv's mobile application supports field access for supervisors and workers. Supervisors can create and manage ProPay, set goals, add/adjust time and view progress. They can also review progress toward estimated bonuses, approve completed projects and view pending bonus payments. Workers have access to see their ProPay budgets, set team goals, track time against goals, estimate bonus amounts and view pending bonus payments.
Company bonus pool is now hidden for workers when that setting is enabled for the company.
