Worked Fairly Well
Obviously, this app has been upgraded A LOT since the other reviews were written. I was able to submit my certs, all info + a pic for badge, and stay on track w/all my onboarding tasks. Now I do believe there are issues between your REAL On-Boarding Specialist & the app, as the On-Boarding Specialist seemed “lost” & I had to ask her about certain tasks I SHOULD be doing, but that had NOTHING to do w/the app. The app worked pretty well for me & made my On-Boarding fairly easy!!
cant even get past the login
i had to download this to progress in the hiring process for a new job, and it has you login with mobile number and requisition number in a mini browser. i enter all that in and press login and.... nothing. it wont loading anything but a white page. i can't even pull the URL to try and open in in a full browser app. i can't do anything, i can't even access the rest of the app because i am stuck at this stage
update: i contacted tech support and they copy/pasted the instructions to me and i told them i've been correctly following them from the start. even deleting and reinstalling the app several times. and then 2 days later they had the audacity to email me back asking if i could login yet or not. they offered no actual help or trouble shooting. horrible service.
the website isn't any better, hitting the "contact us" button opens my email app with an error "something went wrong. please try again later". their website also has my first and last names listed backwards and i can't change it unless i submit a form showing i legally changed my name.... the website is just as poorly designed and broken as the app.
i can only pray that customers using Providence as their medical caregivers are not suffering these kinds of technical problems, because this does not instill faith in how the company is functioning :(
Keeps logging me out and glitches
Logs me out so many times. Glitches me when trying to explore as well logs out again. Like every minute to 3 the longest I was able to look around, I get automatically kicked out to log back in. Not only that, I log in many times just to log in again. Very difficult to navigate and maintain the understanding. This is also making things difficult to update.
