PSA Net is a neural network that predicts whether a man will have prostate cancer on biopsy from the patient's age, total PSA, complexed PSA, results of the International Prostate Symptom Score, ethnicity, family history and rectal exam. It is intended to be used by qualified healthcare professionals.
The application is an adaptation of the algorithm published in Kalra P, Togami J, Bansal B S G, Partin AW, Brawer MK, Babaian RJ, Ross LS, Niederberger CS: A neurocomputational model for prostate carcinoma detection: Cancer 2003 Nov 1;98(9):1849-54.
Added support for free PSA and % free PSA as input options, in addition to complexed PSA.
