Double charged my credit card and rude customer service

Please do not punish your customers for your own fault! I made the IN-GAME purchase for a 17 season plus card as a gift for a friend but got double charged. I reported to PUBg but got NO response (as always). Then I had to contact Apple for the over charge. One day later, I received a punishment notice in game claiming me for using unofficial channel for purchase. I only use IN-GAME purchase. I again contacted the customer service who replied me the next day. Then the customer service "expert" Vince C. copied and pasted the original punishment notice. That is the ONLY response I got after countless tries and uploading all the required screenshots and my payment records. What a joke! The nightmare did not stop there. The next day, Pubg mobile continued clearing out my UC account after I got 20 UC from leveling up RP. Immediately took away my UC. It is such an unfortuante comparison to how long it took to get a response from the customer service. And it is truly a violation of my personal asset. Again, I have all my purchase records. I paid every penny IN-GAME for all my purchase!!!!! I have been a long time devoted player who only make purchase in game. Why did you punish me for your own game glitch and incompetence?

Unfair with purchases

I’ve been playing PUBG for couple years now every time is the same when it comes to purchases. I bought $10 worth of wheel of fortune loot and got absolutely nothin got only a bunch of worthless coupons. It’s obvious that they developers control all the loot that is purchased in order for ppl to spend more money. It’s super frustrating I went back to playing call of duty mobile because they offer more skins all around and are not stingy with the loot. The game play over all is very glitchy and also when they servers kick you out you loose points and the issue is never fixed. Reporting anything to them is useless they never respond and seems like they only want money from people they never update with new maps or offer better loot. Am done with this Game it’s a waste of time. I have to edit my review because I forgot the most important review of them all. Ok I don’t understand how I was playing the game I was downed with a level 2 helmet level 3 body armor my helmet was full at 150 points and body armor at 250 nothing was taken away but I got downed by Someone shooting at me. It makes nooooo sense to have armor and helmets if they won’t take all the damage before being downed!! Plz fix the issue and only then will I return to play the game!! What’s the deal with RP I completed the season am max out at 100 and have missions left I complete the missions by my RP doesn’t stack but yet if I buy RP it will stack y’all need to get this looting stuff straight!

Unfair , expensive and addictive

Can’t really deny I play this game every day since season 1 . Spent a lot of money to get rare items from crates and unfortunately due to lack of security and customer service I got robbed by a hacker who stole my account , he also closed my Facebook by violating Facebook policies and that caused my account to close so I lost my account and it got banned because hacker used 3 rd party cheats. I made another account and since I spent over 2000$ if not more . Also I purchase every season Royal pass And open Enormous number of crates . In return I get nothing! most crates repeat them selfs or simply gives temporary idiotic items. Who wants to spend precious UC to get things you can’t even keep.?Greed? Very much so! Not to mention how lower levels can’t play with higher level. I personally have brought people to this game and when I tried to guide and teach them how to play or simply play with the I couldn’t because I was crown4 and he was gold 4. Game overall does get 5 stars from me because it’s addictive and I play it every day however spending $ I would say waste $ and is pointless absolutely 100% placebo effect !! I got sooo much more to say but that for next time…..
