Log a puff hands-free with Siri. Create a shortcut and name it "puff puff" (or whatever you like) and have Siri be your personal Puff assistant.

Numerous other Shortcuts options allow you to enter puffs into PuffTab and easily get info about your current Puff status.
Home screen widgets
Four widgets keep you current at a glance: the time last since last puff, a supply tracker showing remaining grams for your top jars, and a daily limit chart that shows you where you're at for the day based on the limit you set. Finally, if you enable "Green Hours," there's a widget keeping you up to date on that.
Daily Limits
Set a daily target in grams and watch your progress fill as you log puffs, so always know where you're at.
Green Hours - Mindful Consumption Windows
Set a daily time window for mindful consumption. When you try to log a puff outside your Green Hours, you'll get a gentle reminder before proceeding. Track your progress with the new Dashboard widget showing time remaining, and receive notifications when your Green Hours start and 15 minutes before they end.
Companion Apple Watch App
Leave your phone at home and still log puffs using the companion Apple Watch App. It'll sync up with your phone when they're together again.
Other features, including but not limited to:
- Standardized list of terpenes to associate with your supplies. Add new ones as you encounter them.
- Full search of everything. Find stuff fast. Find that particular terpene and what supplies it's been in before.
- Share your puffs and only have a portion count towards your daily limit.
