Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Track every espresso shot. Dial in your beans. Pull State is a precision logbook for the home barista who takes their coffee seriously. Pull State is a personal espresso shot tracker for the home barista who wants to get better with every pull. Log each shot with a built-in timer, dose, yield, water temperature, pressure, grind setting, extraction result, and tasting notes. Build a recipe for each bag of beans and let Pull State pre-fill your settings so you can focus on the pull, not the paperwork. Shot Logging Time your pre-infusion and pull with a dual-track timer that shows you exactly where you land relative to your recipe targets. Rate the shot, tag your tasting notes, and add a photo. Bean Library Track every bag with roaster, origin, roast level, and process. Each bean gets its own recipe and a rating trend chart so you can see how your dialing-in is progressing over time. Hardware Library Keep a record of your machines and grinders. Every shot is linked to the equipment you used. Recipe Management Save your best settings as a recipe for each bean. Pull State will prompt you to update your recipe when a high-rated shot differs from your saved settings. Designed for iPhone and iPad Full light, dark, and system appearance support. All data stays on your device — no accounts, no cloud, no tracking.
