Works with both github.com and GitHub Enterprise installations. This app is not produced by or associated with GitHub, Inc.

Works as advertised, it’s simple, stays out of the way and works with Github Enterprise setups. More importantly, it still supports OS X 10.9, which is fantastic! Well done!
One feature request: Ability to sort the items in the menu alphabetically or by organization/repository.
Keeps me updated; Author very responsive
This little tool keeps me informed when pull requests are submitted. It's become a critical part of my workflow.
The author just fixed a deprecation warning with GitHub's authentication API. Expected to arrive in the App Store in a few days.
Not compatible with dark theme
I tried launching the app multiple times thinking it just wasn't running. But, no it appears to just not be compatible with the dark theme. So, not very useful if you can't even see the icon to interact with it.
I only figured out it had actually launched by trying to delete it and being informed that the app was running. Then I clicked in the blank space to the left of my last toolbar icon and there it was.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
