Pulse is a focused interval timer built for fast, repeatable training sessions. Create custom presets for work, rest, rounds, and sets, then start training with large full-screen timing, clear phase transitions, and workout history saved on-device. Use Pulse for HIIT, Tabata, circuit training, boxing rounds, bike intervals, or any structured workout that needs reliable timing. Live Activities keep the active timer visible from the Lock Screen, while voice announcements, sound cues, haptics, and keep-screen-on controls help you stay in the workout. Pulse also supports optional Bluetooth heart-rate monitors so you can see live BPM during training. Cast the timer to your TV with AirPlay or Chromecast so the whole room can follow along. Your presets and workout history stay on your device. No account is required.
