Turn a short break into a cheerful workout. Set your own Move and Rest rhythm, then celebrate small wins with Pip, XP, and biscuits. Make movement breaks feel lighter with Pip, your animated workout buddy. Pupata is a friendly interval timer for quick workouts at home, at the gym, or between busy moments. Choose a preset or build your own Move and Rest rhythm, then celebrate every saved session with Pip. SET YOUR OWN PACE • Start with a two- or four-minute routine. • Adjust Move, Rest, rounds, warm-up, and cooldown. • Pause, add rest, or finish early when plans change. • Hear clear phase cues and choose sound, haptics, or reduced motion. WATCH PIP MOVE • Pip runs, rests, and celebrates in lively animations. • Choose Pip's coat color and equip looks earned through levels. • By default, active workouts keep running when you switch apps or lock your phone. Turn off Keep running in background in Settings to pause automatically. • On iOS, sound cues continue in the background when Sound is on. Force-quitting stops the cues, but Pupata recovers elapsed workout time when reopened. Audio interruptions pause the workout. • On supported iPhones, Live Activities show current workout progress on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. BUILD A GENTLE HABIT • The first qualifying saved workout each day earns 10 XP and 20 biscuits. • Level up to earn badges and special outfits. • Spend earned biscuits on optional yard decorations. • Level-earned outfits cannot be bought. KEEP YOUR PROGRESS CLOSE • Browse your workout diary and share a saved session as a picture. • Set an optional local reminder. • Optionally sync progress with your private iCloud account after enabling iCloud in Settings. • Use Pupata in English or Vietnamese. No Pupata account is required. Core workout data works offline. A little movement still counts. Pip is ready when you are.
