What PuryFile cleans
For images:
- EXIF details such as camera and lens information, capture settings, timestamps, flash data, and software traces.
- GPS metadata such as latitude, longitude, altitude, and direction.
- MakerNote data written by camera vendors.
- IPTC and XMP fields such as creator details, captions, copyright, contact information, and editorial metadata.
- For supported RAW images, PuryFile exports a clean TIFF copy to preserve the image while removing the original RAW metadata package.
