Every time there is an update I lose my pictures on puzzle man pro. I purchased this app years ago and the developer helped me the last time it was updated. I hope this isn’t going to be a problem every time the app is updated. Please help restore my app.Thank you,Elaine

Update ruined the app

I’ve had this app for years and really liked the update prior to the current one. I paid the small one-time fee for the ability to create my own puzzles and I used it all the time when I was bored or needed to de-stress. The new update, however, has destroyed all playability of the app. Not only is it difficult to navigate, but the puzzles only load a small fraction of the image and as far as I can tell, you can’t zoom out. Plus they’ve replaced the one time payment for a subscription service which honestly is kind of a slap in the face to anyone who’s paid for premium in the past. I’m holding out on deleting in hopes they fix all the issues they’ve created with this update because this was previously the best jigsaw puzzle app I could find. Overall, I’m really disappointed.

Help!! I bought this version and have enjoyed it, but all of a sudden I open it up this week and the format is totally different! I can’t figure out how to use it. It says something about “Try a free trial” — but I shouldn’t have to ultimately pay more for this! I tried to get into a puzzle and it only shows a piece of the total picture and a few of the pieces. What!?? Couldn’t find a way to get help from the developer, so I had to write this review. Please help, so I can use and enjoy this app again.
