I’ve been using this app for a year or so and it’s been working fine. I liked the fact that that the outdated python was updated but they changed the whole layout of the app. You can’t even get to your saved documents holding the phone upright. You have to hold the phone sideways to even see the icon. The share button has been removed so now the locations I use to share my files with before you have to click on “view in files app” to share it there. And now they are forcing users to pay for a subscription because the screen to pay won’t go away. I clicked on the 1 week free trial then canceled it just to get out of the screen. I even emailed the email provided in the description which states for questions or feedback and haven’t even gotten a response. The one week trial is over and now the payment screen won’t go away it pops up when you open the app and there’s no X to close out of it. The previous version at least let you swipe the subscription screen out of the way. Now this app is useless so I will be deleting for good. I’ve already got another app I’m using that all my scripts I was using work on so no need for this ridiculousness anymore. Maybe the developer will actually take the time someday and respond or reach out about the feedback.

I first downloaded the app with the hopes I could practice my coding on the go. My first problem was when I would add In-code comments. The app would freeze and completely close. I thought okay, maybe I’m pushing the basic version of the app to much. I purchase the add-on features. There is no difference. It was the worse $6 I have ever spend. There is nothing I can do and I would honestly appreciate if the developers gave me my money back. The lag on this app is insane and it doesn’t always follow through with standard indentation.

The app runs great. The only issue is the lack of error messages. It sometimes takes me forever to figure out what the error is, and also makes it hard to test codes when you can’t figure out what parts aren’t working. I really would like to see feedback the same as the desktop version.

The app is nice, it tells you errors when they happen, and you can run scripts. However, after a script is a certain length, after you try to type parameters for a function, it crashes. I haven’t been able to write more than 20 without this problem. As you write more, the app just becomes more and more unstable. I tried pasting from notes to get past the functions problem, but it still crashed after trying that for a few times
