The app has improved a lot compare to its first launch.As the world is going towards mobile transactions, this is will be the future. So as the Bank give more focus on it , the bank will lead .

it used to be working very well, but sense last week it stopped allowing me to log in or at least to open the app, I have tried many times to delete it and download it again and again, but the issue still the same.and whenever i call the the bank hot line no one gives a good reason why its like that also no one is supporting, i think i will give my voice to other customers and say the QIIB services are unsatisfactory at all.

Gets the job done, still behind competitors

The application overall gets the job done, however, looking around local Qatari banks the application is still behind from look and feel point of view, not to mention the slow updates cycle. I would trully appreciate a major revamp to the application to bring it up to the standard.
