Notifications don’t work

The notifications have stopped working entirely. They used to show up but would still disappear if you didn’t look at them after unlocking the phone.

Notifications content not showing on locked screen

When new notifications come, locked screen says new notification from app but does not show the content. Users miss to see important notices when notifications disappear.
