• Access to requests to be worked by technicians or agents, as incidents, service requests and tasks as well
• Viewing of client data including address shown in map
• Capture of geo localization of technicians and agents (shown instantly in Qualitor software)
• Sorting of requests based on many criteria
• Recording of activities within requests (follow-ups) including activity type and spent time per activity
• Viewing of complete history of activities (history of requests)
• Actions can be performed to handle steps in processes and workflows requests
• Check-lists and custom fields available, configurable as optional or mandatory, as defined in Qualitor software
• Upload and viewing of attachments (photos, images and voice recordings)
