QuickBuck is an innovative application that connects ‘Recruiters’ & ‘Job Seekers’ in a swift and specialized manner through the use of advanced software. QuickBuck aims to become the go-to platform for anyone who is looking to make money through the completion of a job/service (Job Seekers) as well as to be the go-to platform for those (Recruiters) who is in need of a service, of any kind. Quickbuck acts as the catalyst, of meeting the needs of both Job Seekers and Recruiters in one platform. The service is advanced through providing ratings and reviews of both parties, descriptions, mutual friends on Facebook, their skills and may many more handy features.
QuickBuck provides a user friendly and good-looking platform whereby Recruiters and Job Seekers can connect with one another. This is done through advanced software of matching Recruiters to Job Seekers based on the specific skills required to perform the requested job. This eliminates the difficulty of someone having to search for a job online (Job Seeker) or search for someone to perform the service you require (Recruiter). The home page of the app from the Job Seeker side will show you all jobs within the specific radius/location, that match your skillset. On the Recruiter side you will see all the potential Job Seekers who have applied to your listed jobs. The Recruiter can then interview the applicants, chat to them via an in-app chat and also analyze their ratings and reviews before choosing the most suitable applicant. The app also guarantees payment for the jobs since all funds are managed in the app. Multi-position jobs are also offered in the app.
The app also offers a unique 'Self-Promote' section which allows Job Seekers to promote themselves (boost their profile) to all Recruiters on the app. This section can also be filtered for categories of your liking!
