QuickOP is the staff app for Lipi Care — the outpatient booking and front-desk queue service used by hospitals and clinics. Run the day's OPD from your phone instead of the counter computer.
Built for front-desk staff, doctors, and hospital administrators:
- Live queue — see who's waiting, mark patients seen or no-show, add walk-ins
- Appointments — book, reschedule, transfer, or cancel with a tap
- Doctor schedules — set weekly hours, block out leave, manage exceptions
- OPD release & close — open extra slots, or safely close a session with a clear preview of who's affected before anything is cancelled
- Patient records and visit history
- Staff accounts with role-based permissions
- Department management and hospital settings
Any hospital, clinic, polyclinic or diagnostic centre can subscribe to Lipi Care — from a single doctor to a multi-department hospital, anywhere. Ask for an account at www.lipitechnologies.com/lipi-care.
QuickOP is free to download and there is nothing to buy inside it. Staff sign in with the login their own hospital creates for them. Patients book their appointments over WhatsApp and need no app at all.

- Appointments, the live queue and walk-in booking now show the clinic
- OPD register gains a location column and per-clinic collection totals
- Patients booking on WhatsApp are asked which clinic they want, and every confirmation carries that clinic's address
