Handover Fitters now report the job as done and the office confirms completion. Who reported and when shows right on the job. Nothing gets closed by accident anymore, and closed jobs can no longer be reopened from the site. Hours The office can correct or cancel approved hours right from the record view, with a mandatory reason. The original entry stays traceable in the history. Timesheet The period picker now sits right on the export: daily report for short jobs, weekly report for long-running sites, signed directly on the device. The app points out unapproved hours on the sheet and warns when a period has already been signed.

Job planner You can now edit a job right on its bar: extend it by a day, move it to another day or set a new period. Every change can be undone straight away. Single fitters can be removed without losing the rest of the crew. Drag a job onto a day that is already taken and the planner asks whether the colleague joins, the crew is swapped, or just one person is replaced. Site visits An appointment can now have two people on it. The week view lists everyone allowed to do site visits, including office staff and the boss. Appointments whose date has passed go back into the pool instead of counting as scheduled. Hours The office can log time on behalf of a worker. Those entries go into approval automatically. Finished jobs and jobs waiting to be invoiced can still be booked by management. Corrections made by the boss or the office are approved right away instead of going round again. Projects Known customers are suggested while you type. If the customer already has projects, you get a note. You can still create the new one. Who created a project is now recorded. The site address is now required in quick approval.

One screen for the day Field crews used to have two pages for the same thing: the start screen and their jobs. Now it is one. The day sits at the top, the arrows step forward and back, tapping the date opens the calendar. Below that your hours, then the jobs for exactly that day. Multi-day sites show which day of the run you are on. A tasks tab that really shows every task Scheduling and invoicing used to sit beside it as separate filters and got lost in the row. Both now count towards the tasks tab and appear there as their own sections. The counter finally says what is actually still open. Fixed - Moving a job back through the status list could wrongly flag it as "needs revision", even though the job had long been awarded. - The planner marked finished sites as if they had been reset. - When paging through days, the hours card labelled another week as "this week". - Search stopped finding completed jobs.

Send quotes to your customer straight from the app: download the PDF and pass it on in your mail app, with the recipient filled in from your customer records. Signed quotes are now locked. Once the customer signs on site, the document is saved to the project immediately and can no longer be marked up or replaced. It stays reachable during invoicing. Voice notes now ask for the day: the recognised date sits at the top of the confirmation dialog with arrows and a calendar. If no day was mentioned in the recording, that is flagged instead of silently booking today. New checks before the timesheet: missing breaks, entries without a note and more than ten hours on a single day are reported before the customer signs. Rejected hours no longer reach the payroll PDF. Booking for a colleague is now visible on the entry and on the timesheet. Timesheet archive in the job view: every export stays with the project and can be reopened and sent later. Start, end and break times in the quick hours entry as well, for every role. Report holiday and sick leave straight from hours entry. Office staff can now approve hours too.
