Capture and structure - Create, edit and reorder reports. - Define custom text and date fields and save recurring report structures as templates. - Take photos, choose images, import PDFs, write text notes and record voice notes. - Arrange content in the order it should appear in the finished report. Annotate and expand - Review images and PDFs with zoom and page navigation. - Mark content with pins, arrows, lines, freehand drawings and text annotations in different colors. - Build a color legend that explains what each color means. - Give pins labels and custom attributes, then filter report output by those attributes. - Attach files, photos, notes and voice recordings directly to pins. - Add pins inside attached files and photos to create nested detail structures. - Use automatic hierarchical numbering such as 1, 1.1 and 1.1.1, with dependent numbers updated when pins are renumbered. Use voice and AI - Record, play and organize voice notes while offline. - Transcribe recordings online manually or automatically after saving. - Use AI-assisted tools to improve spelling, grammar and readability in notes and transcripts and to generate short titles. - Save custom AI instructions and and use them to improve texts or generate titles in the way you want and need it. - Keep original and revised versions separate for comparison. Work offline or stay synchronized QuickReports is an offline-first app. Report capture and editing works work offline. Local-Only keeps report data on your device, except when you choose an online transcription, AI or Word/PDF export action. Synced mode synchronizes changes after connectivity returns and enables access from additional mobile devices and the QuickReports web app. Export reports to fit the job - Generate Word (DOCX), PDF and Markdown reports, Markdown packages and backup ZIP files. - Adjust image quality and size, images per row, text versions, dates, layout, color legends, pin cutouts and attribute filters. - Open completed reports and share them through compatible apps. - Use the standard report layout on mobile; custom company DOCX templates are available in the Synced web app. A QuickReports account is required. Internet access is required for transcription, AI processing, Word/PDF generation and synchronization. Feature availability depends on your QuickReports plan. QuickReports is available in English, German, French and Italian.
