Issues

I don’t know what’s happening I did a transaction yesterday I was debited from my acct but the person hasn’t received yet and it happens the fault came from when you updated the app because u wasn’t even given receipt that the transaction was successful but I was debited.. please fix it abeg

Fraudulent app

Quick teller is now using this updated app to steal people money. I recharged my verve e-cash wallet, I tried paying for Bet9ja account, the transaction failed and I was debited, after calling support to reverse my failed transaction, on login in again to check I meet that both the money I loaded on the verse e-cash wallet has been removed .

And there’s no transaction history regarding how the e-cash wallet account balance were spent. Quick teller is now Fraudulent company.
