Almost Too Simplistic

I like the app, it does exactly what I wanted so no complaints there. Visually, however, I’m not crazy about it. I know widgets have rounded edges, but I’d love it if this thing actually looked like a square note on my home screen, maybe a touch of shadow so it looks like the bottom edge is flipped up a bit like a real note would be. Ridiculous perhaps, but I literally chose this app over Post-it simply because it had the tack on it to give it more character than a blank widget. Also, why the fun shorthand font as I’m writing a note but the boring Helvetica on my Home Screen? I guess what I’m trying to say is, keep it simplistic with the user friendliness, but maybe upgrade the appearance some. Oh. And if we could choose whether the text was left, center, right on the note, I’d appreciate that. I like my lists to align more often than not, and I’m not opposed to bullet points. Obviously, this is all coming from an individual with a high sensitivity to visual detail, but I would say I represent a huge chunk of your target audience seeing as how the whole point of the app is for it to be front and center on our Home Screens. Great app! Thanks for putting it out there!

Good app - but needs one improvement

This is a good app specifically because in widget mode, it plasters things I need to remember right on my Home Screen. Thats awesome because until now I’ve never trusted my calendar alerts to reminds me, so I usually send myself an email on that day, which is stupid.

But there’s one issue I do have. The app offers 5 swappable sticky pages, which can each contain a note. If you write in two or more, you can swipe between them when the app is open. However when you land on a different note and then return to the home screen, that note isn’t shown as the widget icon. Only the last edited note is shown. That’s lame. In order to get any of the other 5 notes to display as the widget icon, you need to make a change to them, such as by deleting a letter and then retyping it, them hitting update. Then that note becomes the widget image. It would be MUCH better to swipe to the note you want displayed as the widget icon, then only hit update before closing (without first having to make an editorial change.)

This seems like it would be easy to implement, and users wouldn’t have to keep deleting the last letter of their note, retyping it and then updating.

Other than that, this app is super simple and uncomplicated and basically just adds a sticky note to any screen in widget mode. NICE!

Good app

I love the app, the function, I use it every day. My only complaint is that I can’t fit very much on each page and there are only five pages. The usable space is too limited. Maybe you could actually jot down a note (either draw or text) and place them wherever on the page we want. To chaotically organize, if you will. It would also be cool if I could choose the number of pages available and the color of each page individually. That way I can sort and collect them however it works best for me. Also to be able to change the font size so I can fit more or less on it (again, on each separate page instead of changing all at once).
