Quiet Interval: Workout Timer

Rest on time. Know what's next

Free

Checking your phone between sets? Apple Watch haptics tell you when rest is over, and your next exercise is right on screen, so your planned workout keeps moving. Rest on time. Know what's next. Quiet Interval is a simple set and rest companion for strength training on Apple Watch and iPhone. Spend less time entering details and more time following your workout. WORK OUT FROM YOUR WRIST Complete a set to start your rest timer. Apple Watch haptics let you know when rest is over, and you choose when to start the next set. See elapsed workout time and remaining rest time at a glance. Sound is off by default. ADAPT AS YOU GO Pause a set or a rest, change exercises, or postpone a set when equipment is busy. If you finish early, keep a record of what you did. PLAN ON IPHONE Choose exercise names, set counts, and rest times between sets and after exercises. Rename seven menus to suit your weekly plan or training rotation. REVIEW YOUR SESSION See completed sets, exercises, and workout and rest times on iPhone. An active session keeps the menu you started with, even if you edit your plan later. APPLE HEALTH INTEGRATION With your permission, Quiet Interval saves the overall Apple Watch workout to Apple Health. It uses workout, heart rate, and active energy data through HealthKit. Exercise and set details remain in the app's history. You can still run sessions and keep in-app records without granting Health access. After an initial menu sync from iPhone, continue with saved menus on Apple Watch even when your phone is out of range. Records sync when the connection returns. You can also control sets and rest on iPhone. Watch haptics and Health workout recording require a compatible Apple Watch. Requires iOS 17 or later and watchOS 10 or later. Available in Japanese and English.
