Quinable is changing how the healthcare staffing world works. We are an end-to-end digital platform for local healthcare workers and facilities to connect in a simple, reliable way. It provides the monetary benefits that each party seeks without involving staffing agencies and recruiters. DIGITAL CREDENTIALS You can upload and manage your credentials digitally, all through the Quinable app. This allows you to work anywhere without re-credentialing, and facilities automatically maintain compliance with credential compliance requirements. YOUR SHIFTS, YOUR RATE Quinable makes it easy for you to keep control over your schedule and pay. You'll have access to shifts in your city at all times, and you can tailor your own schedule from available shifts. You can also state your desired rate of pay and negotiate with facilities all within the Qunable app. NO MORE PAPER TIMESHEET There's no more need to track your time and get a signature with pen and paper. You can clock in, take a break, and clock out all with a tap on the Quinable app. It automatically generates a timesheet for you to review and submit to your supervisor, who then digitally verifies and approves it. GET PAID EVERY BUSINESS DAY Quinable offers direct deposit, which gets you paid every business day, not every other week. You are paid within 2 business days of your timesheet being approved.

Quinable has been one of the biggest blessings for me this year, I love everything about them.. This app makes everything easier for being a CNA/ Caregiver, being able to build your own schedule and work when you want to.. There’s no other app like them, everyone is so professional and outgoing.. I went part time through my other job just to go full time through Quinable and let me tell y’all it was worth it.. I only been working 2 weeks and made almost $2000, download the app & apply you won’t be disappointed

First off they lack communication and it’s hard to get in touch with someone. Second, I barely pick up with them anymore because they only have 2 facilities which are HEAVY even for a NURSE and hour drive. Third, if you apply for a shift and they approve you at the last minute but you can’t go because you already accepted another shift at another agency they will lower your reliability score & suspend you. They don’t give us Nurses or CNAS freedom over our schedule. They just let facilities add you to the schedule without you confirming if your still able to work that shift. If I applied to a shift and they accept it a day after or at the last minute it shouldn’t be counted because if your a agency nurse or CNA it’s more than likely you have more than 1 agency to work through and get money. They need to update their system so it can work for healthcare workers and facilities. I hate companies who are all about the facilities and not the workers. We the workers make these companies and they fail to realize that. Without us they would not be getting paid.

They play with your money too much. If I picked the option to get paid immediately after my shift then that’s what it should be. I shouldn’t have to wait for the facility to approve anything because 10/10 if I clocked in, I was really there and the app has a gps that knows if you were on the premises or not PLUS THE FACILITY ALREADY PICKED MY BID THAT IS ENOUGH APPROVAL RIGHT THERE. I be having to beg for my money for two days cause they inconsiderate and then places be an hour away. That’s gas. So that definitely needs to change. Quinable need to start calling the faculty’s right after your shift for verification. I ain’t pick this job to get paid two days later or a week later. Literally. On top of that some don’t even have the decency to feed their staff or at least offer us a meal. Pulling doubles but you can’t approve my time so I CAN eat? But you want me to make sure these patients eat lol yeah ok. Wont have no happy, good running facility if you not there for the caregivers, the ones doing all the work.
