Never thought I’d be able to quit
This App is great. I never thought I’d be able to quit smoking but Max managed to help me accomplish it. He outlines the proposition for quitting very logically and methodically and has designed this app to be simple to navigate and actually fun to use. I appreciated that each segment of the app can be read or listened to because sometimes I can focus better by reading and sometimes by listening. More important than that though is that Max, who you get to know during the course of using the app and who felt to me as though he was a friend by the end of the experience, provides a very effective technique for quitting. I’ll always be grateful to Max for giving me the knowledge and strength to quit smoking.
100 Days Smoking Free! Unbelievable!
I am not a believer in hypnosis. Honestly didn’t think it would work but desperate to quit after every attempt to stop left me anxious and smoking more.
Not sure how or why, but this quitting process left me empowered rather than desperate.
100 days in and never think about smoking. It is simply not a part of my psyche.
In the rare instances where I crave a cigarette, or when people around me smoke, I use the tools and mindset learned in the app. Cravings fade almost instantly.

I had been a closet smoker for 20 years. I have quit many times and always started again. I would say “I like to say I quit but know I am just in between cigarettes.” IT HAS BEEM 156 DAYS. I don’t crave it. No weight gain. Stressful situations don’t make me “need to smoke.” It seriously is gone. I would not have believed it 154 days ago but no joke. If you decide to quit make sure you do the “last cigarette” session. That is the kicker. Thank you so much. I can breathe without coughing.
