RAIZE app works with Apple Health to record your calories burned after a workout.

This app provides users with extensive features including workouts, meal plans, Balance and more, all of which require an active subscription. Users are required to make payments in order to have access to these exclusive features that are designed to enhance your fitness journey seamlessly.

Payments for access to the application will be auto-renewed if it is not turned off at least 24 hours before the current period. The account will be debited at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users can manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal in the app’s settings.

RAIZE app provides diet plans which cannot be taken as a medical diagnosis. If you wish to get a medical diagnosis, please contact with your nearest medical center.

Where have you been all my life

Honestly I cannot thank both Vicky and Noelle for creating such fitness app that actually is easy to manage , follow and understand. Not only does it feel like I have a live coach training me when working out but it also allows for me track my weight, water intake, progress and even food recipes given to me and much more. What more can I ask for! Honestly.
Every day I’m so excited to open the Raize app and get to sweating knowing I have the best coaches telling me how to exercise with proper form, warm ups etc. I just wish I had this app years ago I’d be in better shape lol.

I absolutely looveee it and everyone should purchase this app asap !! Don’t wait !!

Nutrition area needs ALOT of work!

I have been following Noelle for quite some time and used her on the Foreward app. I was very excited when the Raize app was launched and I was able to get a really good deal. I am not 100% satisfied with the app because of its nutrition limitations. You cannot customize your macros. They automatically calculate them and also give you a specific meal plan. The plan is so specific that they tell you what to eat and cook, but do not give you the option to log your own food if you choose not to partake in their menu. They were kind enough to adjust my caloric goal which in turn adjusted my macros, but the protein goal is way too low. I asked if they could adjust and they said not specific macros. I realize I can’t use this app for nutrition and that’s a shame because nutrition is so important. Another issue I they they don’t have many workouts listed as medium with weights with Noelle, which is who I prefer to work out with. She is the reason I purchased the app. I will use the app for a bit more until I find another person I like as much as Noelle. It’s not an app I can not recommend.

Disappointed

I have had the Grounds app (Buff Bunny)since it’s inception. When I found out this one was being launched I waited a little bit to get it as well. I thought it was going to be better mostly because it was tailored more personally. However, I was disappointed to know that you cannot change your workout schedule if you have a busy day and can’t make it to the gym. You actually cannot really change much of the workout plan schedule at all. And because of that if you’re not scheduled for the work out, you can’t listen to the motivation and all the tips. You can’t even start the workout. I am probably going to go back to the Grounds app because with them I can at least modify and change my schedule and do whichever work out I want to during the week. I have a demanding job and can’t stick to the plan every single day of every week. if this app decided to change it where you could manage your workouts better and move things around I will keep it. But until then, I am very disappointed.
