Great App

The wellness checks are so easy to do on the app and I find the app really easy to maneuver through. If it is the first week of a new semester it also makes looking at your schedule every thirty seconds to make sure you’re going to the right class and building super accessible!

Never Works

I offloaded this app because every time I would use it, whatever I would get on it for wouldn’t work. I’d try to get to my class schedule, it would always pull up my first freshman semester. It would give me a notification for a new grade, and I would touch the banner to pull it up, app would open but then close or it would open to something completely unrelated.
I tried to give it another shot because I heard there was an update. Upon opening there’s all these settings that I don’t understand and every tab I tap will open something and then refresh and show nothing. I tried to view my bill for the 5th time and I got logged out instead. Now every time I try to log in, it won’t log me in and after a few seconds will say “you have been logged out...” blah blah blah. So now I can’t see anything even if I wanted to use this app.
also, the layout change doesn’t make any sense. it’s pretty much the same as before but the pull out menu just opens from the other side... at least from what I could see before the app permanently locked me out.
tl;dr- good idea, but not executed well. don’t get your hopes up.

Update is Awful

The old app showed my schedule for each day and the classroom number right when I logged in. I was also able to view class rosters. This update doesn’t allow for either of these things. Seriously? The previous version was simple and had important info where you needed it while this version is convoluted and took away important info or maybe made it incredibly hard to find. Deleting this from my phone because it’s absolutely useless. Good luck viewing your class schedule on this app. After logging in and clicking through multiple pages you finally get to the page with your schedule and you can’t even view the entire thing because it isn’t compatible with mobile. You can’t see room numbers either, you have to click every single class to see what room you’re supposed to be in.
