Description

Ready, Set, Safe was developed in partnership between United Ability and Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind (AIDB) to provide quality educational content for families and caregivers to prepare for weather emergencies with individuals with disabilities. Original content supports planning for individuals with autism, sensory processing issues, visual or hearing impairments, and physical disabilities. While targeted at families in Alabama, any family with special needs can still benefit from Ready, Set, Safe’s advanced planning advice for tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, or any other weather emergency.
