Bluetooth wont stay connected

The product works great except for the fact that the Bluetooth connection constantly fails on you unless it's a few inches away from the phone after doing some reasearch, couple people said there's some poss fixs like take the phone out of the case and close all the Bluetooth items tried that still doesn't help spend the extra money and get something slightly more expensive with a better Bluetooth connection program...

video cam dont work

so my sister and i have small business
we we're trying to see if it works and we try to WebCam for a test and it says service not enabled.. we tried settings to see if there's options and nothing
so basically this toy is useless if it's for long distance..

Does not stay connected!

I bought the product and it has no use. It disconnects and won't reconnect. I had this product in the past. I'm pretty sure the app needs updating but the company does not respond.
