App won’t stay on
When I open the app, it looks as if it’s starting or loading, then it shuts off. I’ve deleted the app & re-added it but it still won’t stay open. I’ve used it previously from my phone & loved it. I’m giving it 2 stars because I don’t know if this is an issue w/ the app or my service provider. I’ll change my rating once we resolve the problem
Can’t sign in
I can’t sign in. I went on my computer and signed in to make sure I have the right password. I was able to sign in on my computer, but not on the app. I also put in a different password and it gave me an error message that email or password are not correct. When I use the correct password it doesn’t give me any error messages. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but no luck.
Terrible app
I’m a pretty big fan of their leads but their app is horrible. When responding to clients, the app crashes 8/10 times. A lot of times your entire message will be deleted when it crashes after clicking send and you have to retype the whole thing. Very frustrating… please fix this
