Receiptory keeps receipts and invoices in one clear workspace, ready when you need them. ADD IT WHILE IT IS IN FRONT OF YOU Capture a receipt with the camera, choose files, or save PDFs and images directly from another app with the share sheet. KEEP THE DETAILS TOGETHER Review the date, currency, gross total, VAT and any prepayment alongside the original document. On supported devices with Apple Intelligence enabled, on-device suggestions help you fill in the details. Always check suggestions before saving. Manual entry is available on every supported device. SEE THE PERIOD THAT MATTERS Tap the interval heading to choose a month, quarter, year or any inclusive date range. Draft receipts stay visible for review and do not contribute to your totals. MATCH FOREIGN PURCHASES Keep the original currency and enter the amount actually charged in your chosen reporting currency. Receiptory uses your recorded charge rather than guessing an exchange rate. FOLLOW UP ON EVERY PURCHASE Record whether the company or you paid, with an optional card nickname. Track personal reimbursements separately from receipt attachment, add a platform or reimbursement reference, and filter the receipts that still need action. Receiptory tracks these steps; you complete payments and attachments in your bank or expense platform. KEEP ORIGINALS ACCESSIBLE Receipt details and original documents sync through your private iCloud storage when iCloud is available. Readable copies are also saved by year in the Receiptory iCloud Drive folder, so you can browse them in Files and other apps. You can keep working offline; iCloud needs a signed-in account and a connection to sync. EXPORT FOR YOUR BOOKS Share one receipt or a date range as a ZIP containing the original documents, a JSON record and a CSV summary. VAT, prepayments, account charges, payment source, reimbursement and attachment status travel with the export. A quiet, monochrome interface for iPhone and iPad. No Receiptory account, advertising or tracking.
