How to record an active (existing) call:
1. Open Recordeon app and press the REC button in the middle of the screen
2. Your existing call will be put on hold and your phone will dial our recording service
3. Once connected to our recording number, press the Merge button on your screen to create a conference call between your existing call and our recording line

How to record an outgoing call:
1. Open Recordeon
2. Press the REC button in the middle of the screen
3. Press the Contacts button and choose your contact from the list
or
Press the Keyboard button and dial the phone number
4. In the pop-up menu, choose the Dial button to connect to our recording service
5. After the connection has been established, a new pop-up menu with your contact number will be displayed. Press the Dial button.
6. After the new connection with your contact number has been established, press the Merge button.
A dial tone signal indicates the beginning of recording
Note: Recordeon requires your carrier to support conference calls.

Beyond worth it

otally works and trust me it’s worth the 5$. Especially if you are in some custody battle or anything that you need for court battles. It’s amazing. Totally worth it and more 🙏🏻❤️💯💯💯💯😇🥰

This is a disgrace in a waste of a app and I just recorded a four minute conversation. That was very important where I just spent $2500 to get confirmation from my bank and for my credit builder company where I just paid off collections and I had my account and routing number and now I do not know where that recording went and I put down a five star rating and now I’m putting that I want to start writing because I cannot find my recording and this could’ve went to anybody, I do not trust this app, and it will be deleted off my phone, and I suggest anybody using this app to delete it, and there’s no way to get any to even find a recording, I use this for business purposes, to consolidate my debt and make sure it was paid in full and now I have no proof if they are trying to screw me out of a extra payment and this app just probably cost me 2,500$ shame smh.

Merge calls to record?

Every device nowadays has a Voice Memo feature might as well take an old cell phone or tablet and put your phone on speaker to let it record.

I paid for the weekly subscription to give this a try. So far it’s only recorded calls when I call their line 1st then I have to call the person I actually need to talk to and merge them together. Really cumbersome so far I have been unable to get incoming calls to be recorded, which is 80% of the reason I got the app in the first place.

Then I tried taking advantage of their transcripts in summary. Only to have to wait several minutes every time for a transcript to appear. It’s not a terrible thing for the first time you requested but every time?
